Life by the River

Yesterday there were so many flocks of cormorants flying up and down the river. Huge swirling groups of up to 60 birds at a time passed overhead then turned and glided down to settle on the water in front of the house.

This tiny little postcard is only 5 x 7cm but it captures the mood of the day nicely.

Just proves you don’t need to go big to get your message accross.
