Life by the River
What a day! The garden shed was not as easy to put together as the instructions claimed but 2 lovely, patient, generous and very handy men from my church congregation turned up at 9am and helped us put it together. They never complained even when things went wrong and I can’t thank them enough.
I’m absolutely tired right now so today’s postcard is one I did a few days ago…

I like these ferocious, perky birds. They prance around looking quite formal with their white fronts and then set to with really raucous calls.
Tomorrow will be another day and I’ll find some time to get a paintbrush in my hand as well as the drill and screwdriver.
