Life by the River

Had a great day today teaching a workshop for beginners in Pastel painting. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they realised how fun, intuitive and versatile pastels can be.

I finished the day with a little watercolour postcard of a very small dinghy I spotted rowing out to a moored boat. I was fascinated by how low it sat in the water.
