Hey Berni is all about handmade, small batch and locally created products from all across our beautiful island and I’m happy to be one of their stockists. Hayley and Robyn have a great eye for merchandising and whenever I pop in the shop looks fresh and inviting. It’s a lovely collection of handmade and it’s fabulous to focus on creating and leave the marketing and sales in their capable hands.

I’ve been playing with my new industrial sewing machine and making a selection of bags with eco printed kangaroo leather and cowhide leather offcuts from an upholstery business. It’s a lot of fun matching the printed leather with the plain colours.

It’s been a pretty successful few weeks so I’m madly scrambling to make enough stock to cover October when I’ll be travelling in England and Scotland!
